Cody is survived by his parents, Johnny Hoyt and Lisa Skipper Hoyt; his brother, Johnny Hoyt Jr.; his great grandmother, Jennie Hoyt; and numerous other family members and friends. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at McLin & Manley Funeral Home in Walker from 9:00 AM until the time of services. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at James Chapel Cemetery, Holden.
