Hillos Shannon Easley

Hillos Easley, a lifelong resident of Satsuma, LA, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, August 21, 2022, in her living room surrounded by her loving family. Hillos lived her life to the fullest and loved spending time in her garden and with all her grandbabies. She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, George K. Easley Sr.; parents, Hessie “Elvin” Shannon Pace and C.W. “Bud” Hunt; her siblings, Prudie Welda and Robert Pace; her children, Craig and Jimmy Easley; and her granddaughter, Jordan Easley. She is survived by her children, Shelia (Easley) Whitefied and Eddie, Ken Easley and Marsha, Debbie (Easley) Pilkington and Fred, Barbara Blount, Willis Easley and Shannon, Shannon Dale Easley and Lori; daughter in law, Judy Easley; her siblings, Connie Abraham, Neomi Daniels, and Eddie Pace; as well as her grandchildren, Brigette Esquibel, Stacey Borders, Josh Whitefield, Laura Whitefield, Rachelle Sibley, Amie Easley, Brad Bennett, Brooke Bennett Kinchen, Crystal Whiddon, Craig Easley Jr., Dane Easley, Latricia Brooks, Terry Pilkington, Adam Pilkington, Jennifer Stagg, Georgette Kennedy, Britni Easley, Brooke Duncan, Drew Easley, Callie Easley, Shane Easley, Bradley Easley, Shayna Landry, Ryan Easley and Logan Easley; as well as her great-grandchildren Shelby Newsom, Brandon Newsom, Spencer Esquibel, Kayla Whitefield, Christian Borders, Caty Borders, Cole Whitefield, Kaiden Kalowenoski, Chole Whitefield, Dreagen Bethel, Cody Bethel, Hunter Bethel, Ayden Easley, Tylin Danna, Brock Bennett, Tristan Kinchen, Titus Kinchen, Kimber Kinchen, Whitney Fourrier, Cody Fourrier, Blake Fourrier, Wyatt Whiddon, Zachary Whiddon, Emily Piotrowski, Andrew Piotrowski, Matthew Piotrowski, Abby Piotrowski, Scott Pilkington, Cole Pilkington, Madalyn Bunton, Tanner Smoldas, Ryan Pilkington, Lexi Pilkington, Averie Elizondo, Jonathan Kennedy, Joshua Kennedy, Jacob Kennedy, Priya Duncan, Joshua Duncan Jr., Walter Duncan, Will Easley, Mary Hollis Easley, Sydni Easley, Skyli Easley, Linda Brisco, Wyatt Landry, Harper Landry, Lily Easley and Riley Easley, her great-grandpups, Bentley, Aston and Enzo; and her great-great-grandchildren, Atticus Greenstreet, Audrey Switzer and Cash McKay. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Hillos’ life. A visitation will be held at Christ’s Community Church at 26574 Juban Rd. in Denham Springs, LA 70726 on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and will resume Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at McLin Cemetery.
